With the help of the mentioned data, we can deliver the desired products, as well as inform the buyers about the current status of the order. - Payment is made exclusively by payment card
- Payment for the products is made possible through NLB Bank AD Skopje, and all payment cards are supported.
- Payment is made electronically, in real time when the transaction occurs
- All card orders are processed securely through our system which does not store information about your payment cards. Data related to the customer’s payment card or bank account is sent directly to the bank via an encrypted connection.
- The buyer has the right to a refund by returning the product within 15 days. The product must be undamaged with declarations and in the original packaging, and the merchant is obliged to return the funds to the buyer within the legal term, no later than 14 days.
DELIVERY
- Delivery for orders worth up to 1,500 denars is charged 150 denars
- Delivery for orders over MKD 1,500 is free
- Delivery costs are included in the final price of the product when ordering
- The deadline for delivery of the products is from 2 to 4 working days.
- The delivery of the products is carried out by physical delivery, to the entrance of any facility according to the specified address in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia
- Delivery is made every day, except public holidays and non-working days
